« The room is satisfactory in terms of cleaning. was but carpet is smelly. Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. »

« I cannot speak highly enough of Swapna as a host. The room was clean, tidy and beautifully presented. Swapna went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as pleasurable as possible. There were a few mild hiccups during my stay (at no fault to the host and outside of anyone’s control), but she ensured that everything was sorted quickly and effectively. I can confidently say that I have not stayed with a host that was attentive and caring as Swapna was. Highly recommend this room to anyone...

« The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something. »

« Very homely! Had a week there while a family member was in the nearby Westmead hospital. The place was well stocked with essentials for kitchen, bathroom and laundry, heaters and comfy beds and linen. Vin was a great host and a great communicator - and thanks for the arrival treats too :) »
