« It was good place to stay for Parent’s weekend at virginia tech. About 30 minutes from the school. Feels slightly longer due to being in rural area but easy drive. Price was reasonable, beds were very comfortable. It gets very dark, I feel there should be more nightlights and my only issue was the scented detergent or spray on the sheets, we are all allergic to smells so it was a making us sniffy. « Absolutely loved this place! So well cared for and decorated. The property with the fire pit and the axe-throwing was a perfect way to end our hike day. Jessie was very quick to answer any questions--we would definitely come back! »

« This was a lovely room. It was unusually large and the bathroom was also very spacious. The grocery store is right next door and the main street is only about 1-2 minute walk away. So you can hit any of the downtown stores/restaurants without driving.Grocery store had a significantly larger selection of items than a small town usually has, so that was a big perk! We weee very pleased. »

« A favorite!! We returned here for a second stay because of the beautiful setting, the amenities that make a perfect haven for a stop-over on a long trip (refrigerator, pool, coffee options). So thankful for close proximity to quick morning hike (or a long one!). »
