'While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful.'

'It was very clean with a modern interior. The pool and hot tub were the selling point for us! The rooms were excellent with plenty of room. The suite setting was convenient for food preparation during our stay. '

'The hotel is consistently clean, quiet and nice. We feel safe and know the rooms are updated regularly and are well maintained. I think they could invest in some new towels but the ones we used were white, clean and acceptable. The bed is way too hard for my husband but the sheets are soft and the pillows are nice. 'Paul the inn keeper was wonderful! He showed us around when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet the resident pooch Yogi. ❤️❤️ We stayed in the Arbor room and it was very nice and cozy. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and never felt like we needed to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again. '

'I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants! '
