« Very rarely can I say EVERYTHING about a hotel was beyond expectations, but this one surpassed every expectations and reset the bar going forward. »

« Room was dirty. Lots of noise coming from other rooms and had to wait for someone to check us in when we arrived at 930pm. »

« AC Hotel in Lansing, MI is a very nice and clean hotel. Without a doubt, I would stay here again. »

« Property is very run down. Pictures do not depict this at all. Carpets very stained. Door key didn’t work half the time and when told staff they didn’t work was told to just keep trying. Basically had to break the door to get in. »

« It was being renovated. Our room was partially done. Water ran brown at first as it had been off. No USB ports, but there were plugs near the bedsides and on the table. Noisy air conditioning. It was fine for the price we paid and the location was convenient for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. »

« Très bien situé assez proche de l'aéroport à quelques minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité .A l'allure d'un motel avec ses coursives intérieures mais avec la sécurité d'un hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambres spacieuses bien équipées. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Merci encore pour le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport ! »

« Hôtel isolé et calme, chambre grande et confortable mais de petits défauts mineurs de propreté. Pas de petit déjeuner. Un bon séjour malgré tout. »

« Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. »
