'Customer service was great. We were notified before checking in that the AC wasnt working properly. The AC ended up taking 2 days to fix. While the situation wasnt ideal or convenient, the owners were very prompt with communication and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. The home was clean and very well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and bedding. Kitchen was stocked great to accommodate our large group.
