« This is a basic but functional unit, with a fridge/stove/dishwasher/outdoor grill, and cooking/eating basics. We stayed for one night. The location is excellent if your destination is Taquamenon Falls or the Whitefish Bay area. We especially liked the ease of self check-in as well as the fire pit and chairs in the back. Peace and quiet, beautiful log cabin, great firepit area, critters up close you got to watch, ships to watch go by within a real short distance and owner's who made us feel like friends. So good a stay our son and grandkids asked if we could do it again every year! Thanks for making our vacation wonderful! »

« Beautiful house with plenty of space and fun! Kids loved the games downstairs and we enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the rushing waves of the lake! Overall, great experience! We were between Mackinaw, Sault Ste Marie and Tahquamenon falls! »

« This a sweet little place with many personal and appreciated touches. There are several outdoor spaces to relax.The beach here is not for walking but there are parks to both the east and west to walk along Lake Superior. Highly recommend this cottage for both exploring the area and for just sittin' »

« My family had a great time during our stay. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and boat and fishing off the dock. The one rainy day everyone enjoyed watching movies on the Roku. The extra room in the cabin was so helpful. It’s hard to find a place for 13 people. The owners were super responsive to a clogged drain and bedframe issue. We would stay again if we are back in the area. »

« House was great and centrally located to what we were doing. We would definitely stay again. But the listing needs to be updated. They have changed some furniture which changed the number of people it sleeps. It was supposed to sleep 8. There is no longer a bed option in the living room so it sleeps 6. We were originally supposed to have 7 in our group but 2 couldn't make it so it was fine but if they came we wouldn't have been able to sleep everyone. »
