'We arrived at around 7:00 - 7:30 the night of our reservation. We were told we couldn't check in because the place was being shut down and everyone staying there would have to leave that night. We had no advance warning and were left to find an alternate place to spend the night at that late hour. Fortunately, we found a place to stay, but it was farther out of where we needed to be the next morning. We really are not able to give a review of the facilities at Moose Lake Lodge.'

'Very old lodge with a lot of history. Rooms nicer than expected, renovated, clean, and surprisingly thick walls, couldn’t hear a neighbor. Comfortable bed, gorgeous views, very peaceful. The family is doing a very good job bringing this property back to life.'

'Stayed here for a wedding that was occurring down the road. Unfortunately, I ended up very sick with a migraine on the second day of my stay. I was able to close everything up and darken the area and my surroundings were kept quiet and uninterrupted while I recovered.Just a couple of comments about the experience:There are a couple of soft spots in the floor by the entryway and in the bathroom. I'm not sure if the carpet it unclean or if its color makes it look that way. I would recommend...

'One of the best vacation experiences we have ever had! Property was exactly as advertised, extremely comfortable, beds were very comfy, kitchen well stocked. Management was incredible - we had a lot of snow the first night and we were all plowed out before any shop even opened! When weather delays caused us to need to extend our stay, we were allowed to book another night and to extend our check out. Absolutely fantastic experience, HIGHLY recommend!'
