'Perfect hotel voor verblijf in Varna. Dichtbij de zeetuin en het strand. We hadden de suite, die was echt top. En fijn personeel: we moesten vroeg weg (5am). Het hotel verzorgde ongevraagd ontbijtpakketten. '

'Nice hotel with pleasant decor. Has had a major upgrade, as presumably, originally built as a luxury establishment in the communist era, in which times some of the staff are still living. You need a car or use public transport to get to the beach. It is close to the main road which you can hear in the pool area.'

'Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

'This hotel is probably one of the best in Sofia! Locations is very good, all is within walking distance (then again Sofia is not that big of a city). The rooms are very spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable. Room equipped with coffeemachine and good stuffed mini bar. Bathrooms big and luxurious. Molton Brown products, als for sale. The spa is sufficient, one sauna, one steam room, a big swimming pool and one hot and one cold tub. Massages can be booked at the hotel against European prices....
