'The control for the shower in room 748 was very difficult to operate. I found it difficult to set the temperature of the water to an acceptable degree as the water kept fluctuating from very hot to very cold !! The control knob was very wobbly!!'

However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!'

'Het is in de Bronx, maar net over het water en de plek was daarmee prima. Kamer en bedden ook prima, we hebben goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was minder met zoete wafels of een vette omelet met kaas er in [of een hamburger!] op toastbrood, maar ja , we zijn anders gewend in Europa....'

'Hotel was good but pricey. Need to do a little bit better with maintenance. Checkin was smooth. Good location close the airport. Theres is some free parking if you get a spot but is limited. If you don’t get any free spots, parking in the parking garage is $10 for Hilton members and $30 for other guests.'

'The accommodation was really dirty. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was a cockroach on the curtain of the bathroom. The bathroom was so dirty. The bed looked clean, but the room was on the streetside so very noisy. I didn’t stay in the hotel because of the dirtyness. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggages up the stairs'
