We came in at 6 in the morning and got into the elevator and there was a bunch of hair and a smashed cookie. I told the front clerk about it and he didn’t seem to be in any hurry to get it cleaned. I had to add one day to my already 3 day reservation and they did not match my original price. They made me pay for the day then come back to the counter at 11:00 and check out and check into my other reservation. They also did two transactions for my incidentals hold to add up to the 125$. Kobe was for 9$ and change and the second equaled to the 125$. I have stayed at several Holiday Inn express and this is by far the biggest let down of them all. I do have photos if interested.
