'We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wroxham. The location is unbeatable, right on the river, and the warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for our visit. The food was excellent, and the chef went out of their way to cater for my wife’s dairy-free needs. Wendy, the owner, was charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. 'The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and...

'Wonderful experience in this exceptional property. Grounds were amazing and on right on the Norfolk Broads. Breakfast was indeed an occasion and the food was first-class. The complimentary 2 hours per day in the Spa was a treat and the property is only a short walk to the two '

'OK, het hotel is niet duur. Maar als je er dan bent komt dat niet voor niets. Het hele hotel mag wel eens flink opgeknapt worden, het is smoezelig en het ruikt muf. Het waterstraalje in de douche was zeer klein. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Ik ga er in ieder geval niet meer heen. Dan maar 25 pond meer betalen voor iets meer luxe.'
