'Reasonable room rate. Nicely maintained property with a western rustic vibe. No breakfast but the Wraps place is right next door and The famous Kneadery is only a couple of blocks away. Well worth the 5 minute walk. Right across from the Appellation Hotel construcion project so there is noise during the day but convenient if you are in town for that project. Limelight Lodge across the street has a great happy hour on the patio.'

'Knob Hill is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was inviting with a balcony and seating right outside the door. We had gorgeous Mountain View’s right across the street. Breakfast was made to order and we had the option of a lot of extras. Great lace to stay in Ketchum.'

'This is a great little condo. Very nice, clean & comfortable. If you are in Sun Valley to ski the condo comes with a pass to an Amazing Hot Tub just a short drive away. An extra bonus is the covered garage in the winter! The host is super responsive & helpful. If you are traveling alone or with one other person it’s great! '

'Condo was comfortably furnished and well equipped for a pleasant stay. Location just north of downtown is excellent. The complex is undergoing a big construction project which was a little disruptive. The complex is shockingly dark at night, and the unit did not have an outside light, which I did not like. Contact person was very helpful. On the whole I recommend this property, but bring a flashlight!'
