'Everything about this home was phenomenal. Michael, the host, was quick to answer any questions I had. The house was perfect for a large family down to the kitchen table which was large (rarity in many short term rentals.) The house itself was gorgeous, the location was great...it was just a pleasure for anyone coming to the Charleston area.'

'This is a great property - we have stayed here several times. It’s located about 20-30 mins from most beaches and downtown, making it ideal for a vacation. A few things to call out: carpets could use a deep clean, fans in bedrooms need to be tightened so they don’t make noise, water filter needs to be replaced in fridge, toilet paper holder in master broken… just some overall maintenance needed on those items. Otherwise, it’s a great rental!'

'House was so nice, just as described. Beds were comfortable; however, the couch is amazing! We did visit the pool one night, but it was still a little chilly. We are beach people, so in our spare time that's where we were, if not at the Shipyard. Overall, great place!'
