'I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. In my eyes it simply needed glued back on permanently. Three days after checkout I received a text message stating that I would be charged for drywall damage. I explained...

'Stayed here 5/31-6/7/25 with my 3 sons and their families. We had a great week. The house is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool in early evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The open concept in the main floor allowed for easy conversation with kids and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. My recommendations:To Heather( host): binder needs update re: garbage days. We missed putting garbage out because info was incorrect. Pillowcases on extra pillows...

'The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot'

'We arrived and were charmed instantly. The Folly Beach area is relaxing and laid back. The swing allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze and the surfers, all without leaving the property. The adjoining beach access is lovely and provided a shady stroll to the ocean strand. The house itself was perfect for us. We felt instantly at home away from home. 'A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. '

'We could not have found a better spot in Folly. The house is stunning, comfortable and clean. The beach is pristine and a very short walk from the house.. but we spent most of our time at the awesome pool and patio at the house. The views of the marsh and nature surrounding the patio give you ultimate South Carolina experience. Beyond the incredible house, the property managers were extremely responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely book again! '
