'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

'The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also the cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly. So the rooms are basicly perfect. The staff at reception had trouble speaking English and therfore provided me not much help when I asked. I had to put in a lot of effort to get what I needed. Didn't feel service oriented (but I also dont think normally a lot of English speaking guests are present). Overall they had all the facilities of a good hotel, a breakfast buffet and restaurant, laundry...

'Mooi hotel in de lobby en beneden. Verder wel wat achterhaald. Kamers waren wel gerenoveerd, maar ….. Bed te hard, wel heerlijk breed. Muziek in restaurant en bar veel te hard, en fout van die psychedelische muziek. Ligging is perfect, goed om te wandelen en een Uber doet de rest. Prachtig zwembad, echter de cabana’s zijn er niet meer. Personeel is erg behulpzaam maar spreekt geen woord anders dan Spaans. Ontbijt is echt heel erg goed en uitgebreid '
