Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

Overall they had all the facilities of a good hotel, a breakfast buffet and restaurant, laundry...

'Het hotel ligt prima. Er zijn goede restaurants in de buurt. Teriyaki was onze absolute favoriet. De kamer die wij hadden(206)was vreselijk. De bar achter het hotel maakte tot diep in de nacht heel veel lawaai. We konden zelfs met oordoppen niet slapen. De kamer was wel ruim en schoon. Het bed is comfortabel. Het personeel is behulpzaam, maar spreekt geen Engels. '
