'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). '

'We hebben bij aankomst wel andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen want we sliepen in kamer die aangrenzend was aan de airco pompen buiten op het dak. Mega kabaal en nul uitzicht. Van niveau 3 naar niveau 15 dus netjes geregeld. '

'This place was soooo perfect! I love placemaker stays! I stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The apartment was perfect, clean and well stocked. I was placed on the highest floor with an amazing view. Parking was convenient and readily available. My favorite thing about my stay was the hospitality from the staff. 'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'
