Our family friendly home offers a comfortable place to make your vacation at Sunriver memorable. With 2,388 square feet of spacious living and a picturesque location, this custom 3BR/2.5 BA home is a dreamy retreat in Sunriver. Our home offers gorgeous quartz counters in an updated, well-appointed kitchen. Vaulted ceilings on the second level, TWO spacious living rooms and three fireplaces will be sure to please your large group or family gathering. Unwind in our private hot tub after a day of exploring Sunriver bike path. The kids will be sure to enjoy a game of air hockey, ping pong or game of basketball on our outdoor hoop. Retreat to the back deck which offers a quiet, picturesque view with privacy and open space.

Enjoy (8) complimentary access passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) that features all-season family fun. The indoor aquatics (open year-round) features a pool with a shallow kid’s play area and whirlpool as well as an adult hot tub. The seasonal outdoor aquatic park boasts a lazy river, waterslides, kid’s pool, kid’s play area with sand and poolside cafe. Other on-site activities include tennis, pickleball, boat launch access, winter tubing, disc golf, basketball courts, a park with a playground, bocce ball court, rock climbing wall, and picnic area.

TWO LIVING AREAS

The first living room provides comfort and relaxation with cozy wood burning fireplace that provides ambiance in this airy living space. There's plenty of windows and comfy seating to engage in interesting conversation or simply enjoy a movie night on the 65” smart TV. This room offers the perfect place to play board games or sip a beverage at a round table and chairs next to the big windows. This table can also be used as extra dining space for larger groups.

The guys will enjoy the second living room which is adjacent to the well stocked kitchen for grabbing quick snacks or refreshments during the big game. The room offers comfortable leather seating and a 55” TV so you don’t miss any big plays. Warm up next to the gas wood stove on those cold fall and winter days. There is quick and easy access to a half bath right off of this room.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in our updated, open, well organized kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large stainless steel fridge, gas range, plenty of counter space and three person breakfast bar elevate this culinary space.

When it’s time to eat, serve home-cooked meals at the dining table for six. There is added convenience with a pass through window for transporting all your dining necessities with ease. If you are hosting a large group, there is additional seating for four at the round dining table in the living room and seating for three at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to 11 guests in three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has vaulted ceilings and its own flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

The private master bedroom awaits on the second floor, furnished with a king bed and a writing/computer nook. On chilly evenings, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace. Retreat to the private deck for a relaxing sip of coffee on those quiet Sunriver mornings. Just steps outside this room is your own private updated bath equipped with a tub/shower, vaulted ceilings and a skylight for extra natural light.

The second bedroom has a comfy memory foam king bed with access to a toddler bed for younger guests. A few steps outside the door is another updated full bath with a shower, vaulted ceiling and skylight. This bathroom is shared with the third bedroom.

The third bedroom offers another comfy king bed with a twin-over-twin bunk + twin trundle. This oversized bedroom comfortably sleeps 5 with plenty of space.

There is a queen sofa bed in the living area. There is a half bath close by.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Unwind in our serene sanctuary on the back deck overlooking open space. The deck has ample space for sunbathing and relaxing meals. Fire up the gas grill and gather around the outdoor dining table. Our side paver patio offers a private hot tubing area with a lighted trellis for added ambiance.

Family fun awaits in the garage with an air hockey table, ping pong table, and plenty of bikes to hit the trails. We offer sporting equipment including basketball (hoop outside the garage), soccer, football, volleyball, and pickle ball.

THE LOCATION

Our home is located in the quiet, tranquil North end of Sunriver just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Deschutes River. Enjoy bike trails right along the river just at the end of our lane. No road noise or busy Sunriver traffic at our great location since we are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our location is very close to the Woodlands Golf Course and tennis courts.
