Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa for additional guests, and high-end touches throughout. This home includes access to a shared driveway with parking for one car. Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
