'There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous.
