The other woman working the office, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and we felt very safe while there. « This is the 3rd summer my family and friends have stayed at Madrona cottage and it is by far the best vacation rental on the canal we have found. Set back from the noisy road, this immaculate cottage with it's gourmet kitchen and wrap around deck makes a wonderful eating and socializing area. « Pros… beautiful location. The outdoor space of this house is top notch. The sun deck and sun chairs to enjoy the view were lovely. The dock was great. Our kids jumped off and enjoyed the water. « We very much enjoyed our stay at Fair Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The kids loved having the upstairs room all to themselves and played as much foosball as video games. We also enjoyed the sauna and picking oysters fresh from the beach.The home was dog friendly; if you have a dog who needs a lot of walking there's not much space along the shoulder of the highway, so be prepared to drive to a dog park in nearby Belfair.
