'The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. 'Facility is okay at best, needs general upkeep to be completed. Painting would be helpful, garbage pickup around the property is needed.
