Hôtel près de Stade Bearcat (Fort Worth)

« Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close. »

« It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry. »

« Bon Hôtel, belle chambre Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner, je m'attendais à un buffet un peu plus garni. »

« Helpful, respectful staff. Clean, well maintained, good bed, spacious room, decently updated, good a/c. No elevator, no breakfast. »

« La literie est moyenne, les réceptionnistes nous ont dit que le petit déjeuner était servi le dimanche jusqu’à 9h39 à deux reprises , arrivés dans la salle le manager nous annonce 9 h donc pas de petit déjeuner pour nous !!! Pas terrible le service ce qui est rare aux EU. Barbecues sales , fumeurs de weed nombreux dans l hôtel d où l odeur présente dans l hotel »

« The Pool was a deep shade of green. There were roaches in our 3rd floor room. The man who checked us in kept asking if we had pets. Obsessed with it. We did not. Other than that the stay was ok. »

« The gentleman at the front desk was friendly when we check in. The next morning we had an issue with a vending machine and they lady at the front desk was not helpful at. She was like in lala land. She was like I don't know.. I just don't know.. We tried to get the supervisor to talk to us and would not get off the phone to come and help us at all. Very disappointed! »
