'Accountability is the name of the game here. When I arrived to the hotel, the road was blocked off by firefighters for maybe an hour. I was tired from a long drive, so it was not how I needed to start the check-in process. I ended up parking on the street and walking to the hotel. A small fire in the laundry room was the cause of it all. They had to shut down the elevators, so they were asking everyone to take the stairs. 'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'
