'Lovely, peaceful hacienda on the outskirts of San Diego. Beautiful garden all around, great pool, jacuzzi, game room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly. Fan, but no airco. Lovely room and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. No restaurant or shop nearby. Short drive to nearest facilities. Wi-fi poor.'

'Perfect beach getaway with our Labrador retriever. The Grotto had everything we needed and Jason the host was very welcoming and responsive. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and within a short drive of dog beach in Del Mar. The weather was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the Arizona heat.
