Hôtel près de Baton Ruritan Walking Park (Granite Falls)

« Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff. »

« Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again! »

« Hotel room.was clean, however the room needed maintenance badly. Shower handle and tub spout come away from the wall. There's no fan in bathroom so lots of wood in bathroom and room ruined with moisture. Breakfast area a mess and too crowded with people. »

« Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left. »

« Ma fille a oublié ses écouteurs dans la chambre, ce qui elle a pu vérifier avec leur géolocalisation, elle a contacté le manager qui a tenté de les récupérer mais sans succès, c est donc un mauvais souvenir pour nous »

« I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there. »

« Première chambre proposée NON FUMEUR qui sentait le tabac à plein nez. La deuxième sentait le renfermé. Et dehors assey bruyant par les voisins. »

« I booked the room online for 2 nights but didn't stay even 1 night because the room was dirty, dark, gloomy, small, claustrophobic, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, did not look like the pictures online, and there were a lot of drunk people right outside the room drinking & partying very loudly. I told the staff about the drinking and loud partying and they did nothing about it. Stay away from this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. »
