'This is an unique place, an old house with many stairs, so be warned. Walls full of paintings and drawings, many different kind of furniture and all together with a most charming athmosphere. As charming as the people working there. '

'Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...

'Excellent!'

'We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district.'

'This is a unique property in a wonderful age old Italian city. The rooms are enormous and most comfortable. The owner and staff are most welcoming and helpful, free parking much appreciated. The breakfast in age old garden is a wonderful start of the day'

'Cozy room at the front of the hotel which meant there was a little street noise when we opened the window during the afternoon, but perfectly fine at night. Great central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Impressive breakfast choices. All in all, very happy with our stay.'

'Tout était parfait !'

'We were 5 adults staying one night prior to a cruise the next day. Due to flight delays we were late arriving, but our host greeted us, gave us a brief tour of the property and showed us where to get our complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden area a few doors down. After breakfast the host & another driver took us to the port to meet our ship. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'Very medium-level hotel. Reception person was rude and unhelpful.'

'Friendly and helpful people, nice rooms, good cleaning personnel, not far from city center, nice area to go jogging, perfect vacation!'
