'Beautiful place, excellent cleanliness, place with very good lighting. Kitchen with everything you need to make any lunch or dinner. The bathrooms with soaps, shampoos and others were a plus. There is no doubt that it can be recommended without problem.'

'Jose is an exceptional host. He had lots of suggestions for things to see and do. He met us at the flat the day we arrived. He showed us where to park for a reasonable monthly fee. He walked us through all of the elements of the flat. He was always available for questions. The flat was impeccably clean. The location was excellent. Full amenities included in apartment. We loved the area and will return. We hope Jose's property is available when we do come back. It will be our #1 choice!'

'The flat worked very well as a base for exploring Santiago on foot-it's about a 15-minute walk to the cathedral (longer the first time until you learn the way!). Since it is in a large multi-story, multi-building complex, based on the address Google Maps got us reasonably close but there was nowhere we could easily stop to identify the specific building , and the underground parking for the flat would be impossible to find (or access) without help, so we were very fortunate that Bea, the owner's...

'The overall stay was enjoyable. I would have like to seen someone or the host in person. The host always got back to me quickly if i had a question about the apartment. The neighborhood was close to stores and to Santiago. There were no extra upon arrival, like a bottle of water. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.'

'A clean and comfortable flat 10 minutes walk from the historic heart of the city, with good bars and restaurants on your doorstep. A few things would have helped it to feel more homely (eg a kettle and a coffee machine) - and when we asked for a second set of keys for our party of four they said no. (They did offer to let us in by phoning them via a remote door-opening system but that's not the same!)'
