Our cottage is ideally located in Barzan, 5 minutes from the most beautiful village in France of Talmont, in the countryside but 10 minutes from the beaches of Meschers sur Gironde, 15 minutes from Royan.

Guests of the cottage have access to the shared swimming pool and spa (open depending on the season). Accessible by a completely independent entrance, the cottage is located on the only floor of the building. It has its own parking space as well as a private and enclosed garden of 100 m², offering a soothing view of the fields. It is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture.

With a surface area of 70 m², this quiet and bright accommodation includes:
- A kitchen open to a cathedral living room equipped with a sofa bed.
- Two bedrooms and an alcove.
- A full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

You will find many modern amenities:

The cottage is available for weekly or monthly rental and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.

When booking, we draw up a rental contract that you will send back to us signed.

The keys are handed over by appointment.
On arrival an inventory of fixtures is carried out and we ask for 2 deposit checks, one for 500 euros (damages) and one for 80 euros (cleaning).
These two cheques are returned at the end of the stay inventory in exchange for accommodation in good condition.
