'The place is clean and its very conveniently located right in the middle of Old San Juan. It is an old building but it adds to the experience. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is that it is loud as hell in the night. If you like the night life with all the bars and restaurantes at your fingertips this is for you. If you want to sleep I strongly don't recommend this place. The loud music and loud people lasts all not. They even know this and provided ear plugs to help you block the noise....

'La localidad es tal como es referida en la computadora. Es acogedor, cerca de toda amenidad y los encargados amables. Disponibles para toda pregunta. Si regreso al area, no vacilare en contactarme con ellos. Se lo recomiendo.The unit was cozy and comfortable. Walking distance from any amenities available in Old San Juan. Very pleased with everything, especially the people in charge. They answered any questions as quickly as they could. Would return and reccommend to anyone.'

'No front desk staff. Called their number but no answer but when spoke with main woman who was outside around the corner she had received my call but ignored it. Horrible customer service. Attempted to charge me more money. Neighborhood looks nothing like pic on site. They attempted to give me a room with no AC. Parking was confusing at first.'
