Very pleased with everything, especially the people in charge. They answered any questions as quickly as they could. Would return and reccommend to anyone.'

'The place is clean and its very conveniently located right in the middle of Old San Juan. It is an old building but it adds to the experience. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is that it is loud as hell in the night. If you like the night life with all the bars and restaurantes at your fingertips this is for you. If you want to sleep I strongly don't recommend this place. The loud music and loud people lasts all not. They even know this and provided ear plugs to help you block the noise....

'I booked this room as my layover was in PR. I called to make sure that they knew I’ll be coming in for a late checkout but when I called the lady was rude. Then proceeded to tell me that she won’t be able to accommodate my stay because of the water shortage. I requested a refund and they Denied it and kept all of my money. Keep in mind I was only going to be in the room for less than 5hrs. Not at all professional. If I could give 0 stars I would!'
