Voor 70plussers is het ronduit gevaarlijk om te douchen in een glad bad en geen greep on veilig in en uit het bad te klimmen. Echt een minpunt.

Super hotel. Locatie is geweldig, midden in het centrum! Vlakbij metrohaltes, de Aerobus naar het vliegveld, winkels, restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. Nette receptie met vriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren erg modern en schoon, bedden lagen lekker en airco werkte goed! Echt een aanrader

Twee nachten geslapen. Na de eerste nacht waren de bedden gewoon dichtgedaan (niet netjes opgemaakt/rechtgetrokken) en de minibar was niet bijgevuld. Het ontbijt was prima!

The hotel is under construction and shakes from a jack-hammer being used one floor down. I'm the type who always tries the stairways as practice for a fire. The carpet on floors four and five at the steps was so poorly installed that anyone using the steps will trip. I;ve stayed in 50-60 European hotels, and this is a two-star, NOT four-star hotel. Two occupants should expect to get two bath towels--- don't yah think??

The hotel staff was excellent - helpful, professional, and polite. The property was upgraded, clean, and perfectly located. The only issue we had was the underground subway ran constantly and bothered us while we were trying to sleep. Also did bit receive the VIP perk. First, this hotel is under construction and it should be disclosed at some point. There is hammering and saws on the 4th floor during daylight hours. If you like an afternoon nap after sightseeing, forget it. There are two elevators in this hotel and they were both occupied by construction workers at one point. After being told to “get the next one” a few times, we finally just started hopping on w the guys regardless. There is a bit of party noise at night, but it usually quieted down by 2400-0100h. Our room was comfortable enough, but I would expect a shower head that hangs in a direction other than horizontal and conditioner dispenser along with the provided shampoo and soap. The lobby staff were great and definitely 4 star plus. The facility, not so much. Maybe after the renovations are complete?

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Ramblas, also sehr zentral. Check-In war sehr freundllch. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Das Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war für Barcelona offenbar in Ordnung.

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. However, there was construction in the hotel which was very noisy. We requested our room to be changed and staff were very helpful with this.

Excellent property on the Main Street. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. You do get some noise from the busy street with a lot of foot traffic. The optional breakfast is very good.
