'Property is showing it's age. They do a nice job keeping it clean and most of the staff was pleasant. Food was okay, nothing too special. They seemed a bit under staffed but did the best they could. Overall a nice property. A new property is being built next door so it was quite noisy on the Wellness side with construction noise. '

'Outside: Resort is well laid out and well kept. Beautiful outdoor areas. Could use more outdoor seating that is not for lounging. Pools are not really as clean as they should be. Algae and organic debris mostly. Lots of missing pool tiles sitting around either in the pool or around the pool. Rooms: Rooms are huge and very clean. Housekeeping is on request and even when requested they don’t replace all of the towels used. We had washcloths on day one but never again. Mini bar is not restocked...

'All inclusive that is not all inclusive. You can not visit all the pools and restaurants unless you upgrade to so called “ reserve status ” and no one tells you this until after you check in. The food quality is so so but not for 5 star resort. On the see food side you get shrimp and if you are lucky and arrive at the buffet early you may get octopus.
