Serena assisted with translation and coordination of our lost luggage from the airlines and saved the day as well as cleaning service and all coordination needed for my stay. 'The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

We dropped our rental car off and walked the tight stone streets for about 15 minutes arriving in the Piazza where we met the housekeeper.
