« Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. « Staff was friendly and helpful. However, staff seemed to contaminate bathroom sink area with chemicals they used to unclog sink. AC kept room cold during very hot days. Breakfast was fine. Location was very good but they could use more parking spaces. »
