'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'Breakfast was not buffet. Evening restaurant closed at 1950 in stead of 2000 as foreseen Room was not cleaned second day !!'

'My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!'

'I booked 2 nights initially to see if I liked the area. I booked a standard room but was very disappointed with the mould odour as I entered. I rang reception and explained about the mould and I needed another cleaner smelling room. I was taken to 2 others on the same floor but all smelt of mould. And I explained this was detrimental to my health. I was then shown a room a few floors higher and I accepted this room. All staff members I dealt with were very courteous and pleasant and they...

'gezellig hotel, prima prijs voor de geboden kwaliteit, fijn zwembad (lijkt veel groter op de foto's) vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het hotel nogal afgelegen van Cebu stad of bezienswaardigheden op Mactan island. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die een romantisch hotel zoeken of tot rust willen komen. Elke taxirit begint met 100php nog voordat er een meter is gereden.'

'スタッフの方も親切で、南国リゾート感を味わえるとても素敵なホテルです。 お部屋から電話をかけると、お水にタオルにトイレットペーパーや浮き輪など、すぐに持ってきていただけたり、立地が空港から遠方なため、街へ出る際にはスムーズにタクシーを手配いただけるなど、快適に過ごすことができました。 施設の使い勝手ですが、こちらは可もなく不可もなくとなります。 高級ホテルといえども、やはりそこはフィリピン、お手洗いの水が流れないことがあったり、シャワーの水圧が人によっては弱く感じるなど、所々で改善点もあるのが現状です。 施設周辺のエリアにおいては、正直何もなく、ショッピングやアクティビティができる場所まではかなり遠いです。 ここはプルクラ唯一の目立つ難点です。 ただ、ハネムーン旅行や大人旅など、ゆったり落ち着いた空間を求める方にとっては適しているかもしれません。 最後にチコ(まちこ？)ちゃんというヌコがおりますが、この子は超絶可愛いです。 ぜひ一度触れ合ってみてください！ '
