'Had a great time in a great house. It was only the 2 of us. If 8 people would live there the swimming pool could use a 2nd umbrella. Merche an Birgit are great people to communicate with. The environment feels very safe with the gate, walls and fences and the house is perfectly secured. Will definitely go back.'

'The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing'

'There were pros and cons to our stay-the location is great, neighbourhood quiet, however a lot of works were going on on many of the houses around, even during the siesta time.The check in and check out process was very easy. Also the host was very responsive, everything we asked or informed her about was answered promptly.However,the pictures we saw online and the villa in reality differ a lot.We can see there was some construction done so the front of the house isn't he same,our first thoughts...

'Pros: Ik en een groep vrienden hebben hier een week lang mogen verblijven en hebben de tijd van onze leven gehad in Alicante, wij hebben alles kunnen doen wat wij wouden vanuit het huis. Locatie is perfect, dichtbij een supermarkt en taxi punt. We werden elke avond opgehaald en afgezet door taxi dus naar Alicante komen was geen probleem.'

'If you listen to Martin's instructions, this place is a great place to stay if you're a big group. There is an Aldi 5 minutes one direction, and a strip with loads of bars and restaurants in the other. The house has enough space and facilities to entertain if you don't want to go too far either. Only comment would be local transport solutions are poor, which is absolutely not the fault of the property, so I'd recommend a hire car if you want to travel, but it was a 15 Uber from the airport. '
