'Un logement Rustique.ne cherchez pas l'aperçu Mer, il n'y est pas. Les équipements ne sont pas très modernes, il manquerait à mon avis au moins le wifi et une machine à laver (à la place du bidet) l'environnement peut être bruyant; la procédure d'entrée est compliquée. Aller chercher et ramener les clés à St jean de Luz. Sinon l'emplacement est bien si l'on souhaite visiter le Pays Basque.'

'Das Einzigartige an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick und die Lage. Das Appartementhaus an sich ist zwar nicht das schönste aber der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, könnte nicht besser sein. Das Appartement war auch sehr ruhig, abgesehen vom Meeresrauschen ;) '

'Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement. Joliment décoré, propre et fonctionnel. Grande Terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sur l’océan et bruit des vagues. Proximité de la grande plage. En plein centre ville près des Halles et avec le luxe dans Biarritz...une place de parking privative. Un voisin a juste attiré notre attention sur le fait que nous avions de la chance d’être en période de Covid et que du coup la boite de nuit à côté était fermée car en temps normal et surtout au mois...

'The apartment is superbly located in the old part of town. It is central to restaurants and shopping. Beds were remarkably comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms have nice showers. We found it to be quiet in the evening. The kitchen, however, is poorly equiped for cooking. When we arrived the heat did not work, but a repairman was sent immediatley on a late Friday afternoon to make things right. Phone and message communication with management was quick and efficient. If you come by...

'Had a great time at the property. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The metro stations were very close giving us access to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was a bit of a smell from the dishwasher, but we weren’t doing dishes because we were eating at the local restaurants. Can’t blame the management for the minor smell all in all I would stay there again.'

"Ik vond de verzorging en vooral de voorbereidingen van het ontbijtbuffet, erg slecht. Ontbijten vanaf 07.00u is prima. Alleen waren de tafels nog niet volledig opgedekt, erwaren nog geen borden. Daarna kregen we borden die nat waren en smoezelig. Niet gepoeleerd. Bij het buffet kleefde de plakken ham aan elkaar, omdat ze niet ontdooid waren. De boter leek wel steen, was ook te koud om te smeren. De gerechten met roerei waren helemaal niet aanwezig, de dekschalen waren wel warm maar hadden nog geen inhoud. En de helft van de toelichtingsbordjes stonden niet bij de gerechten. In ieder normaal hotel en zeker een hotel van deze klasse, staat het ontbijtbuffet geheel klaar. bij opening van de ontbijtruimt"
