This single-level, first floor mountain retreat, set near the slopes of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table for six. Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom and have a king size bed, the third is a bunkroom with two sets of double-over-double beds, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Guests will enjoy views of the private courtyard and front drive, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, ski lockers, on-site parking, a fitness center and sauna are also available.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
