Luxurious ground-floor, 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 5 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Great Place

Great location!! Back door was literally 20 steps from 2 hot tubs, sauna, and a heated pool. Beds and pillows were great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals. And the private shuttle to the gondola makes getting to the mountain a breeze.

Well established resort property conveniently located to town amenities and BC ski area. Resort and town shuttles to both BC and Vail. Enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and proximity to Recreation Center with reasonable rates to access gym, indoor lap pool, sauna and lazy River pool/ slide for children.

Convenient to town and to the slopes

This condo is just what we needed for our stay. It was very provisioned with all the necessary tools for our week there. When there was an issue with the coffeemaker a simple call yielded us with a brand new one. It was walking distance to town/shopping/restaurants. It came with a shuttle to the gondola which took up to Bachelor’s Gulch. And the Hot tubs/sauna and pool were the best after a day on the slopes. We will be back!

My four person family stayed here to ski at Beaver Creek. The property was clean and as advertised. Check in was smooth. The hot tub was fun and the shuttle was easy to use too. Overall, a good value and we would stay here again.

Beaver Creek Long Holiday Weekend

Overall, my family and I enjoyed the property. We like the location of the property because of it's proximity to parking and the pool. We were able to easily catch the bus to the mountain. The property was good size for a family of 5 and had everything we needed. Just a few suggestions: ensure hot tubs are fully functional (one day one was not hot - breaker switch), fireplace did not work, missing detergent. I think the price was reasonable and we would stay here again. Thank you for letting my family enjoy Beaver Creek!

Great Condo in Great Location in Avon

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Avon. Condo was clean and a good size for our family, and had everything we needed to make breakfast and then head out to the slopes. Nice hot tubs and pool out the backdoor across the patio. Convenient to restaurants and shopping in Avon. I would stay here again if available.

Thanksgiving PANDEMIC

UPDATED UNIT. Very nice amenities with pool and hot tub still open. Unit was nicely supplied with everything you needed in the kitchen. Possibly the dryer needs to be looked at for proper heat. Enjoyed our stay and the unit is perfect for 4 people. First floor walk in is a tremendous help. Grill clean and working with plenty of gas was great for keeping kitchen clean and uncluttered. Really useful. Enjoyed it and would book again MAYBE...BECAUSE.. Price level is about right but with such a strict cancellation policy it is still a questionable booking even though it is a nice unit.

This condo is a great find, especially for the price. The owners have kept it very nice and updated. It was perfect for our family of 4. A park out the back door, close to hot tub, short walk to shuttle especially once we found the closest stop (Lake Street).

Awesome ski weekend!!

What a great place to stay while skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Condo had everthing we needed!! We shopped for our food at the local grocery store and the kitchen and grill helped us make great meals. The hot tub and pool were a great way to end a long ski day. Will definitely could me back!!
