"De omgeving van het huis is niet heel fantastisch, maar als je de poort doorgaat kom je in een soort oase. Mooie tuin, heerlijk groot zwembad met ligbedden en een buitendouche. Er was zelfs een dakterras, maar dat was niet echt in gebruik. Wat ons opviel was de uitrusting in het huis. Het is een 5-persoonshuis, maar er zijn bijv. 2 eethoeken (binnen en buiten) met 4 stoelen. De woning heeft 2 airco's wat heerlijk was tijdens de hittegolf. Corrado was een prima gastheer, heel behulpzaam en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Avola zag er 's-avonds gezellig uit met de lampjes boven de straten. Parkeren was wel wat lastig. Wij hebben een paar keer gegeten bij Cabiria. Dit zit aan de boulevard, vlak naast het reuzenrad, en is heel gezellig en op tijd open. In de buurt zijn mooie zandstrandjes (wel auto nodig), met een schone zee. Ook is er een Lidl en Eurospin (en meerdere supermarkten) in de buurt om je boodschappen te doen. We hebben ons prima vermaakt."

"We had a wonderful week in this house. It is nicely secluded in a lemon grove and within walking distance of the beach. The house is spacious, has an almost new kitchen and bathroom and outdoor bathroom. All around is a beautiful spacious garden with lots of shade. The pool is clean and big. Opposite the house is a beautiful outdoor BBQ. The house has air conditioning in the living room. With us it was extremely hot, so the air conditioning was insufficient for the downstairs bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has a fan. There is a nice large roof terrace. The host lives a little further away and is super friendly and helpful and offers his guests complete privacy. In short, a super nice place that I recommend to everyone."

"Davide informed me 3 days before arrival that he had water damage and our stay in the villa couldn’t go through. He booked our group another villa (Nicer and more expensive) 200 meters from his accomodation. Very professional host. Would recommend"
