Above Avalon's bustle, this hillside villa at Hamilton Cove Bay puts the Pacific right in front of you - wide, restless water that shifts from glittering silver in the morning to deep blue at dusk. Step outside and the views command the bay; step back inside and the space wraps around you with everything needed for an unhurried island stay. The electric golf cart waiting at your door turns the whole of Catalina into something explorable.
 
The space
A private entrance leads into this one-bedroom villa, comfortably set up for up to four guests. The living area is easy and well-considered - a ceiling fan and portable fans keep the air moving through warmer days, while a flat-screen TV and board games take care of slower evenings. Heating is available when the island nights cool down.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds two beds, made up with full bed linens and backed up with extra pillows and blankets. Hangers, an iron, and all towels and toiletries are provided - pack light and settle straight in.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and a coffee maker with coffee ready to go. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are all stocked, along with wine glasses and barbecue utensils for the grill outside. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a meal in, or take it all outdoors.
 
Bathroom
One well-stocked bathroom with hot water, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer - straightforward and complete.
 
Outdoors & amenities
The shared patio opens onto those bay views with a BBQ grill ready to use. Pool and hot tub access are included for guests, making it easy to spend an afternoon drifting between a swim and the sun. Heading to the beach is just as effortless - beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all provided. Exercise equipment is available on-site for guests keeping a routine.

The included electric golf cart is the natural way to move through Avalon - compact, unhurried, and ideal for the island's streets and waterfront. Free parking on premises and an EV charger are available for guests arriving by car. The villa's waterfront location keeps direct beach access close at all times.
 
Good to know
Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and on the patio facing the ocean. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on the property. There is no carbon monoxide detector. Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay. A washer and air conditioning are not available at this property.
