« Rooms were quiet, air con kept things cool, bathrooms included tubs which felt nice after long days out. Simple yet comfortable for relaxing without noise or rush. »

« If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot...

« Beautiful place. Quiet location. Definitely worth the stay »

« We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for us and the house was clean and comfortable. »

« The host was very responsive and gave me all of the details needed for our stay. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was in the cutest little town. »

« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« We had the most wonderful time. This property was just as described. The house is very cozy & warm. Our family came over for Game night as we celebrated the holiday. We hated to leave, but we will be back.Rate 10 of 10Thank you againNelson family »

« Amazing property. Clean and well maintained with lots of nice additional touches. From the yard games, s'mores, coffee and even the toothbrushes with mini toothpaste. Property owners thought of every little detail. Even books, games, and extra phone chargers. Our favorite spot was stargazing from the hammocks on the top deck. »

« This was the cutest house with the best sunrise view over lake from the porches. We loved this stay, and so did our pups :) »

« House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice. But there was no iron/ironing board which was listed on listing and two Keurigs that didn’t work. We went to go buy new with no reimbursement or an...

« What a wonderful property for our family vacation. We had family members from ages 2 to 70 and there was something to do for everyone. The pool was our family’s favorite place to hang out. We rented a pontoon boat and spent time on the lake and we went to the trampoline park with the kids. Our host, Sam, was a great guy, making sure we had whatever we needed. We highly recommend this property. »

« Always an awesome family place!! »

« These 2 studios were a great addition to our Thanksgiving Family Reunion at Magnolia Overlook! Beautiful design and furnishings. Well stocked! Overlooking the pool with a game/bonus room underneath! Easy communication with host! »

« Nice property. Easy to communicate with the hosts »
