'It was my families first time stay and I was blown away by everything it entails. Free dinner and breakfast was a plus. Staff was super nice and our room was very clean.'

'Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.'

'The hotel is a bit older and the rooms are on the smaller side. The toilet and shower are behind a pocket door which doesn’t allow for much bathroom privacy. I think this was the worst part of the room being shared by four people. The staff were all very warm and friendly. They are clearly an asset to the hotel.'

'The room was very dirty…I’m speaking about drip marks on walls and doors and stains on the chairs. Apparently, “non smoking” means someone hasn’t smoked in the room for an hour? I would rate it even lower, but will say that the sheets, pillows and towels were very clean. Someone banged on my door at 3 am and woke me up; the next night I had a roof leak and placed a wastebasket under it'

'The property was nice, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re pulling a trailer. I would stay again it was quiet. Some of things could use an upgrade. I stayed on the lower level and wasn’t able to connect to Wifi'

'Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors...

'The restaurant was good but with limited menu card. Unfortunately there was some painting work done at the outside which went with some noise early in the morning.'

'The hotel was alright, kind of dated. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. Breakfast was not very good; very limited choices. Parking lot was on a hill. Don’t know if I would stay again. Truist Park was close.'

'If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!'
