Please provide the number and ages of guests in your party and the true nature of your visit. The Barn at Fox Hollow is not a home for young children. Due to the high style of the property, surrounding terrain, and recent events, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5. As reflected in over 100 reviews, the owners of this converted barn have provided their guests with the ultimate in amenities, furnishings, and decor to create an experience unlike anywhere you’ve stayed. Events, parties, and gatherings of any type or size are also prohibited. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars: 3 in the driveway and 1 vehicle parked on a separate parking pad above the home. On-street parking is prohibited. Dogs are permitted with notice; 2 max, 50 pounds max, with an additional cleaning and non-refundable pet fee.

The Barn at Fox Hollow is pure luxury: 6 miles north of Downtown Asheville, 7 miles to Biltmore Estate, 5 miles to Omni Grove Park Inn, 5 miles to UNC Asheville, 16 miles to Warren Wilson College, 20 miles to Asheville Regional Airport, 83 miles from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, 128 miles to Charlotte Douglas International, and minutes from all the culture and outdoor activities Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer.

This home has a bright interior of whitewashed rough-sawn timber and a vaulted ceiling; 4 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath and a flat-panel TV hidden behind decorative handcrafted cabinets.

The great room with living/dining area and large open kitchen can accommodate all throughout your stay while you enjoy meals together, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a six-burner gas Blue Star stove with griddle, a glass-front refrigerator/freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, a copper farm sink, and a fully appointed kitchen. A wall of glass sliding doors leads out to the screened-in pavilion with an 80” flat-panel TV, a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), heaters, seating for all, and a large dining table. This is where you'll spend all your time! So cancel your dinner reservations and settle in.

This house was incredibly welcoming and beautiful. The outdoor "room" was where we spent our evenings with dinner and watching football with a fire. The house is close enough to town to easily get to restaurants during the day and was great for a family Christmas. We had one glitch which was handled as quickly as they could and the communication was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is clean and works so well with couples. The only problem we have was the upstairs bedrooms was always cold. We even cut the upstairs thermostat off and air. Still continue to come out of the vents.

Outstanding experience... excellent house for 4 couples, all having private bedroom/bath. Pavillion space is crazy... 90% of time in the house spent in the Pavillion. House has everything you need (unless you are a fan of stemmed wine glasses)... but that's really nitpicking!

Everything and more!

This place is perfection! Pictures do not do it justice. The location is beautiful. All furnishings and details are spot on. Every nook and cranny is filled with interesting, beautiful pieces. Beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need. The screened in porch is a little slice of heaven. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checkin-checkout was seamless. I will dream of this place until I return again.

The Barn

The amenities of The Barn and the furnishings are all outstanding! Most comfortable stay for 4 couples, each enjoying a king size bed. Only 18 minutes to downtown. Our favorite part of The Barn is the very large screen porch with fireplace and blankets.

Over the top fun and comfortable with every amenity imaginable. Even in cool weather we were able to enjoy the expansive screened room - heaters and blankets provided. Beds were very comfortable. Location perfect for feeling isolated but close to everything in Asheville. Well worth it!

Gorgeous property!

This property was absolutely amazing! Every detail was thought of. From the fireplace being totally set up and stocked and ready to burn to all the little details provided in the kitchen, and the sumptuous bedding, you couldn’t ask for a more comfortable and beautiful home to stay in. If it was an option, I would’ve given six stars. Thank you to the management staff who were responsive to the few questions that we had and we’re always there if anything was needed. We will definitely return again.

Fall in the Air

This home is fabulous! It is so beautiful and filled with incredible art and every amenity. It is warm, welcoming and comfortable throughout. Our Friends group of 4 couples loved Asheville and the restaurants and golf, but to be honest, just relaxing in this home was the most fun of all! I've wanted to go for a while and now, I'm thrilled we got to enjoy it!

Hanging out in the Woods...

Our group of 8 spent most of our waking hours hanging out in the fabulous screened-in pavilion. Besides the large table, fireplace and TV, there was plenty of comfortable lounging chairs, rockers and sofa. When it got cool in the evening, there were the gas heaters and comfy throws. We saw several wild turkeys and a black bear nearby. The long, shared driveway is paved, but a bit narrow, steep and twisty.

Beautiful property

This property is gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything. We had a small issue with the connectivity of the tv, but the property managers and owner had it fixed very quickly. The property has four king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It was perfect for our group. The weather was great and we hung out a lot on the screened in porch. The fireplace, heaters and blankets were perfect for that. Thanks for a terrific vacation stay!!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay! Celebrated a birthday and was joined by our best friends. The outdoor screened patios are absolutely amazing, along with the rest of home. Property managers were so friendly, easy to work with and communicated really well. Great location - we had no problem getting downtown quickly or grabbing an Uber. This is a really great property.

BEST home away from home EVER!

Can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this house was! Then home a week and miss it so much already! We saw a mama bear and three cubs playing in the backyard, enjoyed a beautiful fire in the enormous screened in porch, while the rain fell peacefully around us, slept in the most comfortable beds, and enjoyed the most elegant bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked to perfection, including a full pantry of basic necessities. Cozy blankets all around the house! Can’t wait to go back! Been telling all our friends!
