« As we had a full day on Friday, leaving home 5-am.visiting varios towns en-route,our last visit of the day was Burton--on --Trent ,to have an overdue meal before making our way to The Beeches . We were very pleased to be shown to our room. It was lovely, nice & clean & very comfortable, beds nice also. Once settled in wanted to relax just for a little while ,& check something on the TV. but unfortunately unable to get it to work !! With the help of one of your member of staff he was able to...

« Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. »
