We had an amazing week exploring the area, been lucky with the weather allowing us to see breathtaking views wherever we went. Seen and heard deer every day, large window in the living area is perfect for wildlife watching. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Extra bonus was an aurora show on the last night of our stay. We will definitely be back. '

'We booked through home and away so was surprised that all communication subsequently came from cottages.com ( who were obviously the property manager) and then discovered that if I had originally booked with them the cottage would have been cheaper- which was annoying . Also disappointed that due to a local land dispute a nearby resident had erected a fence and we were unable to access the Loch near the cottage'

'Sehr schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gebaut und eingerichtet. Vermieter/Eigentümer wohnt nebenan, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung des Hauses ist neu und sehr gut. Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer grandios, ebenso aus dem Hot-Tub (37 °C) auf der Terrasse. Strontian ist ein sehr kleiner Ort in den Highlands etwas abseits der touristischen Zentren, sehr angenehm. Im Ort ein kleiner Supermarkt, 2-3 Restaurants und eine Tankstelle. Wenn wir nochmal in diese Gegend fahren, dann ist dieses...
