« I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees.
During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience.

« Excellent place to stay, with perfect service and room equipements (high qaulity fridge and freezer; real dishes). Just a bit disappointed that the usually very warm pool was cool, due to a heater problem, with no known fix date. This is unfortunate, since I usually recommend this place for relatives to stay (who appreciate a pool break). Note: an offer was made for me to use another hotel pool as a replacement. Reception and breakfast staff exceptionnal, and helpful. »
