'This hotel has a boat landing in front, to take guests to and from the airport, great terrace in front of the villa, and in the garden, two more houses. Our room proved to have one large bed (and I had requested two beds)..........So, the receptionist adapted and gave us a different, bigger room. We stayed in the garden, in a room with a balcony looking out to the garden. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was cosy, a bit simple as far as meats go, but plenty of fruits, cheeses,...

We gingen voor de Biënnale en dat is de eerste respectievelijk tweede stop vanaf het eiland Lido Parkeren kon gratis om de hoek waardoor het iets goedkoper is dan parkeren bij de Tranchetto en je je koffers niet hoeft te zeulen via de watertaxi '

'Such an amazing spot to stay in, very clean and friendly helpful staff, also a great location away from the busy crowd and mostly surrounded by the locals, it has a quick access to water transportations to explore tourist destination around, plenty of restaurants, cafe and art gallery across the bridge. 'Telkens we Venetië bezoeken, boeken we dit hotel. Ideaal gelegen vlak aan de vaporetto en een dito uitvalsbasis. Wie cultuur (bezoek aan venetië, biënale,filmfestival) met zon-zee-strand wil afwisselen, is hier aan het goeie adres. Hotel met alle voorzieningen, vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Het is er telkens weer een beetje thuiskomen!'

'Cosy and characteristic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Neat rooms with all the needed accessories. The breakfast is till 12 h which was great for late sleepers. The location is perfect. 3 min walk from the water buss stop, 5 min walk to San Marco piazza and 10 min to Rialto bridge. In front of the hotel you can get a gondola. I’d love to go there again. '

'Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have...
