'Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .'

'The Hotel is undergoing renovations and the facilities could be in better conditions once done. My poor rating for this particular hotel is due to very poor Frontier Desk reception treatment I suffered at the hands of apparently only person on duty, Jeremiah Broytes. Jeremiah was rude and was not prepared to remedy obvious issues at Check-in. I had been assigned Room 419 but when I went over the room was not completely ready and I , therefore, requested for a Room change and his response was...

'The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!'
