'The staff and very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The last time we stayed, the room was not completely cleaned, and we were given another, upgraded room with no issues. We will definitely stay here again.'
'My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Carowinds! We frequent Carowinds, but have never stayed here before. We definitely will be back. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. It was a bit hot at first and I do not do well in the heat, but it cooled down after a couple hours. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe which has not been the case in some other hotels near the area. Also, the beds were comfortable. Just a great place to stay. '

'My dad and I always stay here due to its proximity to Carowinds. The Comfort Inn continues to deliver. The beds are extremely comfy and rooms get dark at night, thanks to the blackout curtains. Breakfast is always a plus: well-stocked and plenty of options. Staff is great and takes care of their guests. Pool is a fun amenity at end of the day. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you want to go into Uptown Charlotte, this hotel is also close enough. This hotel is always my first option when...

'The stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didn’t have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still...
