'I booked for 6 nights but after just one night I booked 9 more. I had already been to 5 cities in India and was tired so just wanted to unwind. I loved this guesthouse. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room had a fridge which was great. The host Manuel was really accommodating and helped me book my taxi to the airport. 'This place was the worst place ever. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. 'The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling '

'Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.'

'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle.
