'The room was clean the ac didn’t work it was hot all night 79 degrees in the room no trash bags no laundry bags no luggage carts staff is rude and short knocked on door before 10 am person next to us played loud music all night and all morning aint told to turn it down couldnt get an early check in or late check out no microwaves in rooms the view is nothing but trees barely had cell service just wasn’t a good experience or stay for me '

'I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. '

'The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. 'Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites.'

'Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. '
