'I just stayed for a few hours while i waited for a flight but the place was clean and staff was very friendly. But the check in window was covered and i couldnt see who i was speaking to which was unsettling. Also the bed and pillows were as hard as a rock.'

'De kamer, de haciënda en alles eromheen was prachtig. Wifi en airco werkten naar behoren. Het ontbijt was gewoon in één woord fantastisch. Personeel was minder hartelijk dan dat ik van andere hotels en locaties in Mexico gewend ben. De mevrouw die in aan de grill staat tijdens ontbijt (helaas naam vergeten) was ontzettend aardig en het was een genot haar toe te zien hoe ze van alles klaar maakte. Ook al was het personeel wat koeler raad ik dit hotel aan.'

'One word describes this property....WOW all in one resort never had to leave, extremely maintained property. Celebrated our 33 yr wedding anniversary here and will be back with our family. This place is the kind of place all of our family must see to enjoy ... pictures do not do justice. Food was great, beer great, cocktails great, staff extremely friendly!!'

'Ya nos hablamos quedado varias veces en este hotel y todo muy bien solo que esta ocasión en nuestra habitación había detalles de mala limpieza por ejemplo la funda de una almohada sucia , el mueble donde ponen las toallas tenía mucho polvo y las toallas las colocan arriba de ese polvo y sin ninguna protección, el piso de la habitación mal trapeado , creo que deben poner atención en este tema ya que es un buen hotel pero es fundamental tener una buena higiene'
